How much fabric you need to make different dresses

Yesterday i have received a mail in which a newbie sewing learner has complained that she doesn't know that how much fabric she require to make salwar suits, kurti and trouser. She has requested to bring a topic on fabric requirement. So here we are going to explain how much fabric you need to design your different type of dresses.
In market, the fabric is available in 36" inches or 44" inches width-wise, mostly 36" width fabric is good but if you got 44" width fabric then there will be difference of one fourth meter.

Here we are explaining the fabric requirement for adult dresses.

A-line / plain umbrella or fitting kurta : 

we need twice the length+quarter meter cloth. If the length of sleeves is more then extra fabric consist on sleeves length.
Bangle Sleeves: 

You need 1 meter fabric.
Mega - Two pieces : 

Twice the length and quarter meter extra.
Mega 1-PCS : 

same as above.

Kameez:

It need twice in length fabric with quarter if sleeves are half and 1/2 meter if sleeves are full. But if you have longer arms them take the arm length fabric extra.
Salwar: 

Twice the length.
Kali Salwar : Joint salwar or four panels salwar - 

require twice in length fabric and quarter meter cloth extra.
Churidar: 

Twice in length for normal chuddis but if you require chuddies till knee then half meter extra.
Patiyala Salwar:

 44" width wise fabric with twice in length and 1/2 meter extra fabric.
High Neck Kurta / front back open neck kurta / lucknowi kurta / Princess line Kurta :

These all kurta types need twice the length fabric and half meter extra for sleeves.
4 kali Kurta:
twice the length and half meter extra, but if you are stitching kurta with maximum kali then take one meter extra.
Safari Collar need twice in length with 1 meter extra fabric.
Full Umbrella kurta:
It require 4 to 5 meter fabric with 44" width.
Straight Trouser/ Pencil trouser / capri trouser: these trouser need twice in length with 36" width fabric. But if you want to stitch the wide folded ankle hole trouser then 6 inch take extra fabric in length.
